Chad Cohen and Ryan Domyancic, well-known figures in the technology sector, have recently launched Scala Advisors, a pioneering advisory firm headquartered in Seattle.

Cohen, with a background as the former CFO of Zillow Group and Adaptive Technologies, boasts an impressive track record of leading IPOs for these major tech companies based in Seattle.
His most recent roles include serving as the CFO and COO at Capella Space, a startup specializing in Earth observation data.

On the other hand, Domyancic commenced his career in investment banking and later transitioned to become an equity research analyst at William Blair.
Subsequently, he gained experience in investor relations through positions at Grubhub and Vacasa.
